A Bukovyna (Chernivtsi) Cover

Covers featuring Chernivtsi7 stamps are not uncommon, but I enjoy finding them. An interesting thing about collecting the provisional stamps is that postally used specimens are almost always more valuable than those that are mint never hinged (MNH).
