No official first day cover is listed for the Red Cross Fund (Madonna & Child) stamp, which was issued on 15 Jan 1994. This is Ukraine's first "semi-postal stamp" (Scott # SP5), which earmarked an additional 20 krb for Ukraine's Charity and Health Fund. You can see old Ukraine Scott #1-4 here.
