Charles E. Armin Thos. W. Herringshaw (ed.), Local and National Poets of America 184 Charles E. Armin was born at St. Lawarence County, New York on December 27, 1853. "Working at the drug business when a boy, Charles afterward entered the state normal school at Potsdam, N.Y. In 1878 he moved out west, and five years later commenced the practice of law . . . in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
